Daily Classes
Foundations - Beginner
This beginners class introduces fundamental principles of yoga. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through slower, step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. Instructors add their own personalities and techniques, creating a unique experience for each class. This class is open to all levels of practice, allowing you the freedom to modify as needed.
Grace - Gentle
This slow flow class allows you to dial your practice back and move the body with gentleness, emphasizing breathwork and stillness while still flowing and linking your movements to your breath from pose to pose. Instructors add their own personalities and techniques, creating a unique experience for each class. This class is open to all levels of practice, allowing you the freedom to modify as needed.
Pure Flow - Vinyasa
Our signature Vinyasa Pure Flow class will expand your practice and help you grow as we flow quickly through dynamic poses, linking your body with your breath from one movement to the next. Instructors add their own personalities and techniques, creating a unique experience for each class. This class is open to all levels of practice, allowing you the freedom to modify as needed.
Soften - Yin
Yin is a slow-paced and gentle style of yoga that focuses on passive stretching and holding poses for longer periods of time, typically 3-10 minutes. The focus of this class is improving range of motion and awareness. Instructors add their own personalities and techniques, creating a unique experience for each class. This class is open to all levels of practice, allowing you the freedom to modify as needed.
Burn Flow - Hot Vinyasa
This class combines our signature vinyasa flow with beneficial heat. The studio is heated to about 85-90 degrees while you use the breath to link one dynamic movement to the next. Instructors add their own personalities and techniques, creating a unique experience for each class. This class is open to all levels of practice, allowing you the freedom to modify as needed.
Balance - Yin & Yang
This class mixes the best of a gentle yin class, which encourages stillness and expansion, and a dynamic vinyasa class, which links your movements rapidly from one breath to the next. Instructors add their own personalities and techniques, creating a unique experience for each class. This class is open to all levels of practice, allowing you the freedom to modify as needed.

Community - Donation Based Yoga (Friday Nights)
Join us for this donation-based gentle flow class, perfect for beginners and all levels. This class welcomes everyone with open arms, offering a flexible donation scale from $0 to $20, making it accessible to all. You will be guided through a series of gentle poses as you find your flow at your own pace. Instructors add their own personalities and techniques, creating a unique experience for each class. This class is open to all levels of practice, allowing you the freedom to modify as needed!
Buti
Come release your inhibitions and sweat with intention! Buti® is a somatic movement practice that fuses functional movement with cardio dance, yoga fusion and strength training. This class challenges you while engaging all of the senses in a sweat dripping, beat driven journey like no other. Instructors add their own personalities and techniques, creating a unique experience for each class. This class is open to all levels of practice, allowing you the freedom to modify as needed. Some minor knowledge of yoga terminology and movements is recommended.
Rest - Sound Bath (Monthly)
Join us monthly for this deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound bowls and pure stillness to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body and cleanse your energetic field. The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from the outside world and to go within yourself. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
Presence - New Moon Meditation (Monthly)
This guided meditation class is designed to align your energy with the gentle power of each new moon. We invite you to embark on an inward journey, fostering a sense of renewal and personal growth. As the new moon symbolizes beginnings and potential, our class offers a sanctuary for reflection and intention-setting. Afterwards, you will have time for journaling to capture your thoughts, emotions, and insights gained during meditation. We will conclude with an optional supportive sharing circle. You are welcome to share in a gentle and safe environment and invoke deep and meaningful conversations.
Reflect - Full Moon Circle (Monthly)
Join us for a transformative Full Moon Circle, where we gather under the luminous glow of the full moon to connect, reflect, and rejuvenate. This sacred class is designed to harness the powerful energy of the full moon, encouraging personal growth and spiritual renewal, and most importantly, release. Each class will align with the theme and the energy of that current month's full moon. Get ready for crafts, sharing, light movement and a night full of community and fun energy!
Open Studio - Self Guided Space (Sundays)
Our Open Studio Space is a dedicated time designed to allow you the freedom to drop in and practice, stretch, sweat, recover or just hang out - all at your own time and pace. This time is self guided with no teacher instruction. We encourage you to explore your yoga - or just disconnect - within a supportive environment, with a teacher available to assist if needed. Drop ins will still be taken after the class has started but no later than 30 minutes before the Open Studio time ends.
Revive - Reiki Infused Yoga
Join us as we guide you through a gentle yoga practice, opening up the body’s natural healing and relaxation capabilities while clearing your energetic field and aiding in the balancing of your mind, body and spirit. Allow your whole body to relax and open up while reiki energy flows in during this slow yoga flow. We will meditate on our intentions as the reiki energy is hyper focused on clearing space in the body and amplifying your intentions. Get ready for an intimate night of gathering, healing and vulnerability. Each class may have a theme attached to it.
