Daily Classes
Foundations | Beginner
The foundations class introduces fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. If you have never tried yoga this class is perfect for you and is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.
Mellow | Gentle
Enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from yin yoga as you slow down the body, while adding into the mix the gentle flows of a hatha class. Engage the body’s natural healing power as you actively nourish and harmonize the body; waking the muscles up and expanding your awareness during this Mellow flow. Let’s take things nice and slow and glide as we mix smooth movement and healing stillness. At the end of each class we offer a calming, restorative savasana to help you reconnect and end the practice in pure bliss. This class, like all of our classes, is open to all levels of practice as modifications or intensifications can be added as needed.
Move | Vinyasa
This Vinyasa Flow class will expand your practice and help you grow as a yogi, as we flow quickly through dynamic poses, linking your movements to your breath from one asana to the next. You will be challenged while transforming your mind, body and soul, to bloom into your strength. Push forward towards growth and reach the best version of yourself! At the end of each class we offer a calming, restorative savasana to help you reconnect and end the practice in pure bliss. Like all of our classes, this class open to all levels of practice as modifications or intensifications can be added as needed.
Soften | Yin
Enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from a Yin Yoga practice as you soften, ease in and slow down, and engage the body’s natural healing power as you actively nourish and harmonize your vital life force. Reconnect the mind, body and soul as you find new ways to engage your muscles and your mental space. Yin will come with its own challenges as you meet your body in new ways but overall bringing you into a space of total relaxation. At the end of each class we offer a calming, restorative savasana to help you reconnect and end the practice in pure bliss. This class, like all of our classes, is open to all levels of practice as modifications or intensifications can be added as needed.
Heat | Hot Vinyasa
It's getting hot in here! This vinyasa flow class will take your yoga practice to new heights, challenging your body and mind in new ways as we quickly move from one pose to the next, building on our breath-work and growing in our power. Nurture that fire inside of yourself as you awaken and strengthen your muscles and your mind. The studio is heated to about 85-90 degrees using beneficial heat. At the end of each class we offer a calming, restorative savasana to help you reconnect and end the practice in pure bliss. This class, like all of our classes, is open to all levels of practice as modifications or intensifications can be added as needed.
Balance | Yin & Yang
Explore your duality and find your balance! Come join us for a class that mixes the best parts of yin yoga and vinyasa all in one. This class will allow you to tap into feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from a Yin Yoga practice. Slowing you down, actively nourishing your vital life force. You will transition smoothly into a flow of quick, dynamic poses, linking your movements to your breath from one asana to the next that allow you to build strength, harmony and fire in the body. At the end of each class we offer a calming, restorative savasana to help you reconnect and end the practice in pure bliss. Like all of our classes, this class is open to all levels of practice, allowing you the freedom to modify as needed.

Yoga on Tap: Sip & Flow
Cheers to you! Join us on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month at Black Laboratory Brewing as we take you through a fun, beginner friendly class that includes a tasty craft brew of your choice. Get your flow on and grab a drink, on us, and explore the brunch scene. This class allows you to modify as needed. Includes 1 free alcoholic or non alcoholic beverage of your choice. Anything else purchased is your responsibility. Make sure you bring your own mats and any props you need.

Community | Donation Based Yoga
We invite you to join us for this affordable donation based class every Friday! You can choose your donation amount when booking, ranging from $0 to $20, so you can practice with whatever amount works for you! No requirements. No judgment. Our goal is to keep yoga accessible while allowing you to build community and get a great workout in. Let's fire you up, reconnect and melt away stress. This is an all levels class and will be beginner friendly. Whether you’re experienced or have never practiced before, grab your friends and come join us! We'll finish off with a calming, restorative savasana to help you reconnect and end the practice in pure bliss.
Buti
Come release your inhibitions, sweat with intention! Buti® is a somatic movement practice that seamlessly fuses functional movement with cardio dance, yoga fusion and multidimensional strength training. This liberating class fills up your cup and unlocks your power by stimulating your body on every level, challenging you across all planes of motion while engaging all of the senses in a sweat dripping, beat driven journey like no other. Like all of our classes, you're always welcome to modify as needed. At the end of each class we offer a calming, restorative savasana to help you reconnect and end the practice in pure bliss. Music may have mature language.
Rest | Sound Bath
Join us monthly for this deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery.
Revive | Reiki Infused Yoga
Join us as we guide you through a gentle yoga practice, opening up the body’s natural healing and relaxation capabilities while clearing your energetic field and aiding in the balancing of your mind, body and spirit. Allow your whole body to relax and open up while reiki energy flows in during this slow yoga flow. We will meditate on our intentions as the reiki energy is hyper focused on clearing space in the body and amplifying your intentions. Get ready for an intimate night of gathering, healing and vulnerability. Each class may have a theme attached to it.
