Reiki is a natural and relaxing healing method that uses hand placements to guide the flow of revitalizing energy through the body. This reduces stress, promotes healing, unblocks energetic channels, moves stuck energy, balances the chakras and cleanses the aural field.
You will lay on a soft table as the practitioner places their hands throughout and around the body in a series of intuitive and specialized positions. Sessions may use music, a sage smoke cleanse, incense, essential oils, chakra stones, meditations, drumming and/or a sound bath. Each practitioner has a different technique and personality that makes their sessions unique and tailors it to you.

Reiki Appointment Types

INTENSIVE - $95.00

This option is good for first time reiki clients or anyone who has gone some time without a reiki session. Session is approximately 90 minutes.

DEEP - $75.00

This option is good for first time reiki clients or follow ups/touch ups. Session is approximately 1 hour.

LIGHT - $55.00

This option is good for people who are time constricted or follow ups/touch ups. Session is approximately 30 minutes.

Reiki FAQs and Aftercare

What are the benefits of Reiki?

Reiki is great for relaxation, sleep and stress reduction as well as symptom relief. Reiki can dissolve energy blocks and tension, detoxify the body, stimulate the body's immune system and more.

Can Reiki replace medical care?

No. Reiki is complementary holistic therapy. Which means it should be used to complement traditional medical treatments. Not replace them.

What conditions can Reiki treat?

Reiki is not specific to any ailment. It works on the entire self so it is helpful in all kinds of healing - body, mind and spirit.

What do I wear to a Reiki session?

You are fully clothed and can be dressed as comfortable as you'd like for your session. For your own comfort, please wear pants or shorts instead of dresses/skirts. You will be removing your shoes and socks for the session.

How many Reiki sessions do I need and how often should I get them?

We do recommend consistent and regular reiki sessions. It is proven that regular reiki maintenance helps support, expand and maintain your healing. Just listen to your body and when it feels ready for another session, come and see us.

How do I take care of myself after a reiki session?

How do I prepare for my Reiki session?

Try to avoid drinking alcohol at least 24 hours before your session. Try to come in a relaxed and open state of mind and not have to worry about rushing out right after.
