Oh Holy Night | A Christmas Yoga Experience

Join Christina as she leads you through a special, spiritually recharging class while she shares with an open mind and an open heart what the  Christmas season means to her. The class will be a friendly vinyasa flow as you move along to an uplifting, celebratory Christmas playlist that  she has crafted specifically for the class, that celebrates her sacred  belief in the birth of Jesus Christ. Everyone is welcome into this safe space to rejoice in the sounds of Christmas, regardless of your belief system.

At our studio, we believe in holding space for all people from all  walks of life and we're proud to have such a beautiful mix of open minded people who just want to heal the world through yoga in our studio.
