About the event
A gentle vinyasa flow opening the heart and crown chakras for connection to our loved ones that have passed. This is a celebration of life lived, remembrance of the dreams passed on to us, and encouragement to keep going. Yoga can be a way to connect with the inner self in order to hold space for remembrance–the true purpose of Dia de los Muertos.
The class offers a calm way to embrace the holiday and honor the culture of our city. This is a 75 minutes class involving a 60 min flow followed by a 15 min meditation. Feel free to bring anything to add to our community altar & stick around after class to hangout!
