108 Open Flow

Ring  in the new year with us once again and 108 Sun Salutations! This open flow class allows you to come in anytime between 7am and 11am at your own pace while we hold space for you to play with your practice! Build  up that fire inside to cleanse the old and empower yourself to bring in the new.

Doors will close and last drop in will be accepted at 10:30am, so please plan accordingly to respect everyone's time. Feel free to bring in anything that will help you keep count, but we will try to help too.  Make sure to sign up ahead of time!
