Class Styles Offered and Descriptions
A gentle hatha style class focusing on slowly flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students. All levels are welcome!
A Vinyasa flow style class. Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice. Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic, and classes can have a variety of music and themes. All levels are welcome!
Let’s flow! This class will guide you through energetic and quick flowing sequences, with a dynamic mix of postures aimed to build strength and balance. It will allow you to release stress, while still building strength and gaining flexibility. All levels welcome!
Vinyasa class that includes flow elements, core work, standing series and a relaxing wind-down ending. Advanced variations as well as inversion options are offered and welcome. The studio is heated to about 85-90 degrees using beneficial infrared heat. All levels welcome.

The foundations class introduces fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. If you have never tried yoga this class is perfect for you and is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.
RISE & SHINE
A nice and warm hatha flow style class, using light heat to activate and loosen up your muscles, ending with a meditation to get your morning going with an energize body, a clear mind and open heart. All levels are welcome!
Your wild card class. This class is for those who want to explore different styles of movement and offers accessibility for those who can't make it during the day. You will have varying styles, ranging from gentle yin to explosive power flows! All levels are welcome!
YIN & YANG
This 60 min class is the perfect balance between movement and stillness, between darkness and light. We will start and finish with yummy yin poses that will open (and, perhaps, challenge) the body and mind. In between, embrace a playful, powerful flow that explores strength, mobility, and balance. This class is for everyone: modifications encouraged and applauded, as the important thing is to listen to your body, going only where feels good and right to YOU.
Buti® Yoga is a soulful blend of traditional asana poses, muscle conditioning, plyometric movements, cardio-intensive tribal dance and deep abdominal toning. This all-in-one movement method tones and sculpts the body while facilitating complete inner transformation.
